For Authors

Manuscript Preparation & Submission

Please follow these guidelines closely. Submissions that do not comply with our ethical and formatting requirements may be returned without review.

1. Scope

IJAEDF publishes original empirical and theoretical research in accounting, enterprise resource planning (ERP), and digital finance. Manuscripts must be original, not previously published, and not under consideration elsewhere.

2. Authorship (ICMJE)

Authorship is restricted to those who meet all four ICMJE criteria (substantial contribution; drafting/revision; final approval; accountability). Contributors not meeting these criteria should be listed in the Acknowledgements. Changes to the author list after submission require written agreement from all authors and editorial approval.

3. Use of Generative AI

  • AI tools cannot be listed as authors.
  • Any use of generative AI in writing, analysis, code, figures, or translation must be disclosed in the Methods and Acknowledgements, specifying tool, version, and purpose.
  • Authors are fully responsible for the accuracy of all content.

4. Ethical Declarations (Required at Submission)

  • Conflicts of interest — financial, personal, academic, institutional. Use the ICMJE-style disclosure form.
  • Funding — list all sources with grant numbers.
  • Ethical approval — IRB / ethics committee name and reference number, where research involves humans, human data, or animals.
  • Informed consent — confirm consent was obtained.
  • Trial registration — where applicable, give the registry name and trial ID (per ICMJE).
  • Data availability statement — describe where data, code, and materials can be accessed (repository link or reasoned justification for restricted access).

5. Originality and Plagiarism

  • All manuscripts are screened with iThenticate / Turnitin. Maximum similarity index: 10%; no single source > 2%.
  • Self-plagiarism, duplicate submission, and salami-slicing are grounds for rejection or retraction. See the Publication Ethics page.
